Our company was founded in 2019 and operates in the industrial construction sector. We specialise in design, preparing complete technical documentation for all industries, and obtaining the necessary approvals and permits. Thanks to our experienced team of managers and engineers, we provide comprehensive General Contracting services for “turnkey” projects.

We take pride in creating added value for our investors, not only through the execution of construction works but also through many activities closely related to the investment, providing full support throughout the process. Before construction works commence, we seek out land for investment projects, conduct property due diligence, prepare functional and operational plans, develop architectural concepts, and estimate investment costs. If you already have technical documentation or a building permit, we carry out technical and economic optimisation to maximise the return on your investment.
