Designing
his stage always begins with a thorough analysis of the client’s needs. Based on this analysis, a conceptual and construction design is created, along with a complete and detailed cost estimate. At this stage, we gather all the necessary documentation required to start the construction, both for the building itself and for the land on which it will be constructed (site development plan, geological surveys, design of necessary installations, drainage, etc.). We also verify all documentation to ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations.
In the “design and build” model, we create the complete architectural documentation, which we will then implement in the next stage. This model helps us minimise the risk of unforeseen costs and potential problems in the later stages of the investment.
